Data deletion

You control the records and backup copies you create. Before deleting anything you still need, export and verify a backup.

Records on this phone

Use the app’s local data deletion workflow and read its confirmation before proceeding. Clearing the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstalling also removes local app data. These actions do not automatically remove Drive snapshots, exports or configured server copies.

Google Drive backups

Open Google Drive backup, connect the relevant Google account, list saved backups and select the delete action for the snapshot you want to remove. Confirm the deletion. Repeat for other snapshots you want to remove.

Disconnecting Google removes local connection information and revokes KhetOS’s access, but preserves cloud snapshots. Delete unwanted snapshots before disconnecting, or reconnect to manage them.

Configured server copies

Use the server-data deletion workflow for the server connection you configured. Other server operators control their retained copies and recovery backups; contact them for help. This website does not accept farm uploads. For a KhetOS-operated service you have used, email the support address below with the service and account/device identifier needed to locate the data. Do not send secrets.

Exported files

Delete exported ZIP, CSV or PDF files from the storage locations you chose. If you shared a copy with someone else, ask that recipient to remove it separately.

Support and privacy requests

Email [email protected] with the subject “KhetOS data deletion request”. Describe the data or support conversation you want removed. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours; never send a password or access token.
