Include your phone model, Android version, KhetOS version and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot can help—remove names, account details and private farm information first.

Never send passwords, authorization tokens or API keys.

Google backup

Open Google Drive backup in the app to connect your account, create a snapshot or choose one to restore. Google backup requires internet. Keep the backup screen open until the operation finishes. Restore requires an empty app database and confirmation.

Records and deletion

Export a backup before deliberately removing farm records. Local deletion, cloud backup deletion and server deletion are separate operations. See Data deletion for the available choices.

App availability

The Android app’s Google Play release is in preparation. The homepage will show a store download link once it is published.
